It is our pleasure that Carolyn Kilpatrick has joined Packaging Plus as Corporate Controller in the Finance Department reporting to George Cohen.

She will be responsible for worldwide accounting and financial reporting activities.  Carolyn will manage AP, AR, General Accounting operations, and Payroll. She brings more than 25 years experience to our company.  Carolyn began her finance career at Deloitte & Touche in New York where she managed audits of public and private companies in manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.  Later at Viacom, Inc. she was the Group Financial Reporting Director for Paramount Pictures.  She had a series of Finance positions with increasing responsibility at Baxter International, Nexell Therapeutics, and DLC (a financial consulting firm located in Woodland Hills).  Most recently, she was VP, Corporate Controller at Master Halco, a manufacturing/distribution company with $500M in revenue and a subsidiary of a publicly traded Japanese parent company.  Carolyn has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY and an MBA from Chapman University in Orange, CA.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and resides with her family in Anaheim, CA.
