Richard Gordinier
CEO and President

Mr. Gordinier is CEO and President of Packaging Plus LLC. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gordinier was CEO of Carson Industries, a portfolio company owned by Norwest Equity Partners. Carson Industries was sold in 2007. Mr. Gordinier has over 40 years of senior management experience including 27 years as CEO and COO in both public and private companies including Procter and Gamble, Bristol Meyers, Estee Lauder, Max Factor, Van de Kamps Bakery, and Henry Company. He currently is on the Board of Lawrys Restaurants, NextEngine, and Raymond Corporation. Mr. Gordinier has a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.

 

George Cohen
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cohen is Chief Financial Officer of Packaging Plus, LLC and has over twenty five years of experience in manufacturing finance, and fourteen years of CFO for private equity portfolio companies. At Packaging Plus, Mr. Cohen is responsible for Company finance, administration and IT functions.  Prior to joining Packaging Plus, Mr. Cohen served as CFO of High Tech Group, Century Park Capital portfolio company that was sold to a strategic investor. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen served as CFO with a Los Angeles area building products manufacturer and held management positions with Teledyne Inc. and Ernst & Young. A licensed CPA, Mr. Cohen received his BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

 

Pat Quiggle
Vice-President Human Resources

Mr. Quiggle is Vice President Human Resources of Packaging Plus LLC. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Quiggle was Vice President, Global Human Resources for Intenational Rectifier (IR), a worldwide manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor products. Mr. Quiggle has over 37 years of Human Resources experience and holds several professional certifications including, Executive Coach (by the International Coaching Federation), Personnel Decisions 360 Profiler Assessment, and the Myer-Briggs Type Inventory. Mr. Quiggle recieved his undergraduate degree in Laobr and Industrial Relations from Cleveland State University and a Masters Degree in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University.

 

Leo Lovato
Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

Mr. Lovato is Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing of Packaging Plus, LLC. Mr. Lovato has more than 26 years of professional and senior management experience.  He has an extensive background in several industries including consumer, building, OEM and plastics. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lovato was the Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Oldcastle Precast Enclosure Solutions. Previous to that, he served in VP Sales and Marketing leadership roles for Carson Industries (a porfolio company owned by Norwest Equity Partners that was sold to Oldcastle in 2007), The Toro Company and the Maytag Appliances of the Maytag Corporation. Mr.Lovato earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and an Masters Business Degree from University of Tampa.

 

Steve Hesla
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Hesla is Vice President of Operations of Packaging Plus LLC. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hesla was previously with Oldcastle Precast in Glendora, California where he was the Vice President of Operations for multiple manufacturing plants located in the US. He has a Bachelor Degree from California State University and comes to Packaging Plus with a wealth of experience in Plastics, Manufacturing, Safety, Supply Chain Management, and Lean Manufacturing.

Susan Krueger
Vice President of Sales , Consumer Businesses

Mrs. Krueger joined the Company in 1992 as a Sales Account Executive and has progressed to VP of Sales in 2002. During her tenure with the company, Mrs. Krueger has been responsible for increasing the contract packaging and thermoforming customer base, principally in the consumer electronics sector. Prior to joining Packaging Mrs. Krueger worked for IBM where she was a Branch Manager for two sales offices.

 

Joe Toma
Vice President of Turnkey Solutions

Mr. Toma joined the Company in 1983 as a Sales Account Executive and has progressed to VP of Turnkey Solutions and has made significant contribution towards the Company’s sales growth. Mr. Toma currently provides executive leadership in managing the Company’s Turnkey Operations. In addition to sales, Mr. Toma was responsible for setting up and managing the company’s first Design Center, Contract Packaging and Amsterdam operations. Prior to joining Packaging Plus, Mr. Toma worked for Xycom Corporation, Executone and Contel Information Systems in the area of Materials and Operations.

 

Rick Bontrager
Vice President of International Operations

Mr. Bontrager has 27 years of experience in the packaging industry and holds multiple patents for packaging systems. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bontrager was Plant Manager for a polyurethane pouring operation in Bremen, Indiana, and later served as the General Manager for the San Jose, California branch of a national packaging company.
